The joints of the planks should remain greater than 8″ from one another. You should also repeat the patterns of the wood grain every 20 planks.  
§ When you decide on the direction of your laminate floors you need to think about the incoming natural light from outside. The planks should run parallel to the light coming in from the windows or any glass doors that are in the room. In any installation, the starting wall that you begin the installation should be as long as possible.  
§ When you are installing your laminate flooring be sure that you have enough. You should expect to have at least 10% of the flooring go to waste. This is because when you cut the planks you might damage a few and some may already be damaged. Other pieces of planks may not be usable. So when you purchase your laminate flooring, don’t buy exactly enough to cover the floor or you will probably run out of planks.
§ It is recommended to leave a 10mm gap around each of the planks. This is called an expansion gap because wood expands from temperature changes and humidity. When wood is exposed to warmer temperatures, humidity increases, and other issues, then there must be room for the wood to expand or when the planks do push outward they will buckle.  
§ You should also remember that the first line that you lay is the most important. The first line is the longest and must be totally straight. If the first line that you lay is not straight then you should not continue. You should pull the line up and start over. Poor alignment can cause problems with residue getting caught in the grooves of the planks. Mouldings can be glued or nailed to the wall only and not to the floor.  
§ You can install laminate flooring on stairs but remember on stairs you must use regular wood glue and the mouldings should be nailed. Laminate flooring should not be installed in areas that are controlled like porches or patios. You should also never install laminate flooring over carpet. Be sure to remove carpeting prior to laying down the flooring.

How to canter balanced on a horse

The canter is a 3 beat movement. The well balanced elevated canter is a beautiful pace to ride. As a rider you feel elegant
skilled and wow ‘look at me’.

This is how it should feel
A rider without balance or stability will interfere with a horses natural rhythm. The horse will tighten his back, raise his head and lean on the bit “resist”.

To ride the canter well. A rider needs lower back flexibility, upper body strength endurance and deep core stability. The hamstrings need to keep the impulsion as the hands hold a gentle contact. The riders pelvis tilts forwards and
backwards as the horse rounds his back and then stretches into the next stride.

A rider can learn this movement out of the saddle by training movement and stability on a physio ball. The functionof core stability at the canter can be broken into stages and trained. A good rider needs a flexible lower back with movement through the pevlis and hips. The upper back is best kept upright, this takes good muscle strength and
endurance from the holding muscles.

12/9/2006 – First day of two. Clinic with Tom Noone on my Trakehner gelding, Danny. We are schooling 2nd level. Lot of different pieces of the canter work. I will describe in parts. 1st Part – Canter from the walk. He isn’t always perfect, but he is much more consistent. He really uses himself, steps under and picks up his shoulders. 2nd Part – Yeah there was some mssy stuff on my part. First ignore my elbow at point. They are better, but every once in a while just a bit too wide. He really tries on the circle, works hard to use those hind leg. That loop was pure mess on my part. I corrected it in the next one though. He broke in the circle, got a bit hard for him, but he went back to it. I laughed when he called though, (yes that was him) goofball. 3rd Part – Canter to walk, still working on it. He is getting better. He says it is a lot of work to collect on that small circle. 4th Part – Canter from the walk other direction. 5th Part – Canter from the walk then transition back to the walk. Hm must have forgot to put the other counter-canter loop in going the other way. That was good though.

Jennifer Schuett waited for almost nineteen years to get justice. She was eight years old when she was sexually assaulted and got almost killed by Dennis Earl Bradford. After committing the crime Dennis Earl Bradford walked free for nineteen years .An affidavit was filed on 7th October, in Texas and the case was re – opened in the year .The police investigated the case and it send a request for repeat DNA test .FBI had kept DNA sample of Dennis in its database and the new technology helped in matching DNA sample to the DNA sample present with FBI.

There were other evidences against Dennis to prove him guilty. The artist sketch of the culprit exactly matched the picture on Bradford’s driving license. As the proofs were matched the police nabbed Bradford and send him to custody in Pulaski County charging him of attempt murder.

Referring to the case, Jennifer said she was eight years old when one night a man came into her bedroom through the bedroom window and pulled her through the parking lot to an overgrown field. She was sexually assaulted in the remote fields and then the man cut her throat, which ruptured her voice box. She was found lying on an ant hill by some children playing near the field .She was profusely bleeding and the assailant had left her to die, after committing the crime. Jennifer is now 27 year old and she said “she hoped one day the victim will be prosecuted.”
